How do you practice GRATITUDE?
And when should you...
High performers don’t drift into gratitude… they practice it.
Tonight, we’re creating intentional space to slow down, reflect, and build a stance of gratitude that carries forward into the year ahead. Not as a feel-good idea, but as a mental skill that steadies focus, restores perspective, and strengthens performance under pressure.
This is our final MPGA Fellowship of the year, and it matters how we close the season.
You’re invited to join us for another MPGA Fellowship gathering—open to all. Invite your friends, students, classmates, siblings, or teammates who are home or on break. Together, we’ll build simple, repeatable gratitude practices to close this year grounded and begin the next one clear and ready.
Tonight’s session will be led by Cydney Clanton, LPGA Tour winner. We’ll share practical insights, real experiences, and tools you can immediately apply—on the course and in life.

I hope to see you tonight as we finish this year well—together.
Warmly,
Dr. Mat
